David is a Vice President and Partner with Pacific Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He is a CERTIFIED PORTFOLIO MANAGER™ (CPM®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), CERTIFIED INVESTMENT ANALYSTSM (CIMA®), and focuses on helping clients apply strategic financial planning principles to tactical situations and specific areas of their balance sheet.

David graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Finance and received his Naval Officer’s Commission through the ROTC program there. While in the Navy, David served as the Missile Fire Control Officer onboard USS SHOUP (DDG -86). Following his military service, he started his career in 2006 at UBS Financial Services, and moved to Morgan Stanley in 2008. David is also the author of Morgan Stanley’s strategic thinking whitepaper “Planning Considerations When Exiting Your Business”.

David and his wife Corinne live in Renton Washington, and are the proud parents of two young children. They are active members of St. Joseph’s Catholic church in Issaquah, and enjoy cheering for the Sounders, hiking, camping, and chasing their kids up and down the parks and playgrounds of the greater Seattle area.
