Leonard relocated to Seattle in 1993 to join Immunex as a Senior Vice President for product development and marketing. Prior to Immunex he was the Vice President and General Manager of Lederle Oncology, located in Wayne NJ. Recently he was the Chairman and CEO of EndoBiologics. Both Immunex and EndoBiologics developed Biological products for various diseases.

Currently, Leonard is a private investor, and lives in Bellevue. His interests includes worldwide travel, reading nonfiction, and cross training.

Previous board positions had been the Dean’s Advisory Board, Duquesne University School of Pharmacy; Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh; and the Advisory Board for the business school at the University of Puget Sound.
